Looking for professional and intern cooks

Vegan Sundays by chef Alexander Gershberg is a unique catering, culinary events, private chef services company that is based in Amsterdam but operates also in other different countries.

Chef Alexander Gershberg is looking for interns and cooks for various assignments that could assist his work and learn the unique style of natural and vegan gourmet cooking that he developed.

Applicants for both internship or cooks will be asked to introduce themselves in a working day and an introduction talk.

The work is on irregular basis. About few working days a month for both internship and payed cooks.

Internship

Applicant should:

Be motivated to work hard in preparations for events, cooking and washing.

Be motivated to learn and improve their cooking skills and knowledge according to the cooking style of Vegan Sundays.

Plus but not a must:

Kitchen experience

Driving license

Excellent interns will become part of the cooks team and workers of Vegan Sundays.

Kitchen workers/cooks:

Applicants should:

Have kitchen experience, skills and be able to quickly obtain the knowledge required to cook according to the cooking style of Vegan Sundays.

Some applicants might be required to follow a short internship.

Be motivated to work hard in preparations for events, cooking and washing.

Be motivated to learn and improve their cooking skills and knowledge according to the cooking style of Vegan Sundays.

Waiters

For Vegan Sundays pop-up restaurant we are looking for experienced waiters.

The work is on irregular basis for special events only.

You need to be hard working and perfectionist about small details and the well being pf the guests.

You need to be very kind, hospitable, like to talk to the clients and like to give generous service.

You need to be passionate and know how to explain the menu and the wines well.

You need to help doing the dishes during the event and after it.
